The Plant Spares module enables you to keep track of plant spares.
As spares are used in the Preventative Maintenance module they are recorded by the integrated Stock Control module which also captures information relating to spares purchased. Information from the purchase ledger updates the values of plant spares so that accurate valuations can be produced.
In the event of plant breakdown, the system can be used to establish if similar components are available in non critical sections of the plant, or alternatively provide details to source a new component.
